RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Nauxus is committed to ensuring every customer has an exceptional shopping experience on NAUXUS.COM. We focus on every phase of the process, including aftersales service, which is essential to our mission. By proactively resolving disputes, we aim to improve our services and strengthen connections with our customers. Our return policy reflects our commitment to every user of our website and products.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of placing the order. All returns must comply with our return policy and meet the required conditions in order to be eligible for approval. Customized products are not eligible for returns.

[ Note:  All Nauxus items come with a three-month warranty. Damaged or defective items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We ensure that all products are brand new and in excellent condition before shipping. If your item does not meet these standards, contact us at service@nauxus.com. Please retain and use the original packaging for returns, or we may reserve the right to refuse the return (except for custom products). ]

Nauxus products are handcrafted from materials such as copper, stainless steel, and wood. Our warranty does not cover patina, tarnish, or color changes that may occur over time. Improper cleaning or care of copper-sealed products can result in patina changes or removal, which are not covered under warranty. Product variations are not considered defects. Shipping charges apply to warranty claims.

* Conditions for Eligible Returns

1. Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return.

2. The return request is submitted within 30 days of order placement.

3. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

4. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials included.

5. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

* Non-Returnable Products.

1. Customized or made-to-order products (including custom sizes, colors, finishes, or patterns).

2, Items that have been modified, altered, or installed.

3. Items that are no longer in resalable condition.

4. Items not returned in their original packaging.

5. Items without prior return authorization

6. Sale items (all sales are final)

* Refunds & Return Shipping Costs

1. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. If the return is due to our error or fault, the restocking fee will be waived, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

3. Send us the return tracking number and order details to expedite the refund process.

4. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

5. Damaged or unsaleable returns may incur further deductions or be denied a refund.

6. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

* Order Cancellation

1. Before shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without additional charges by emailing your order details. After confirmation, we will process the full refund within two business days.

2. After shipment: Orders can be canceled but will incur recall costs. If UPS ground delivery service is used, the item can be returned for a refund after it arrives back to us. However, items delivered by UPS repost, USPS, or truck must be refused upon delivery.

3. Custom-made products cannot be canceled.

* Quality or Related Returns

1. For quality issues: please contact us for assistance. We offer partial refunds, full refunds, or replacements depending on the situation.

2. Wrong Item SentYou can keep the wrong item at a discounted price or request a return label for a replacement or refund.

3. Item Damaged in ShippingIf the item arrives damaged, refuse delivery and report it to us with photos. If damage is found later, contact us for a replacement or refund. 

* Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, check with your neighbors and the shipping company. If the package remains missing, contact us to file a lost package claim. We will take steps to resolve the issue, but please allow time for the shipping company’s investigation
