SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Nauxus offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Whether you're purchasing a sample or a 48” wide range hood, shipping is always free within these areas.

Express shipping is available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and other international locations at an additional cost.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. To ensure timely and efficient delivery, we ship using any of the major carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and the best available option.

For express shipping, we partner with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other express services to deliver your order quickly and efficiently.

Customized Items

Free Standard Shipping:
Custom products typically take 8-10 weeks for delivery from the date the CAD drawing is approved by the customer.

Expedited Shipping:
Custom products typically take 6-7 weeks for delivery from the date the CAD drawing is approved by the customer.

[ Note: For custom products, both production and delivery times are estimates. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, only provide estimates. ]

Stock Items

* Stock items will be shipped out within 48 hours during working days after we receive your payment.

 *Our carrier will typically pick up the items within 24 hours of shipment processing.

For a shipping quote, please email info@nauxus.com with the size and shipping address of your range hood. We will provide a quote within 1 business day.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

   Once payment is received, we will process your purchase within 1-2 business days. Afterward, we will provide a detailed CAD drawing of your copper range hood for your approval. Once approved, production will begin within 24 hours and typically take 4-5 weeks to complete. Photos of the finished product will be sent to you for final approval before shipping. After shipment, we will notify you via email with a tracking number. In total, the lead time is approximately 9-14 weeks.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number after your order has been processed and shipped.

Package

All products are shipped in reinforced Styrofoam and secured in ½” plywood crates to ensure protection and quality during transit. We take extra care to prevent damage to your handcrafted piece during shipping.

Note

  • Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

  • We are not responsible for any return shipping cost in case you don't like the item after you buy it or you place the wrong order.

  • The item that weighs less than 200 lbs will be dispatched by UPS and for those more than 200 lbs, we will use Truck shipment.
